Custom Orders & Non-Returnable Items
All boxes and packaging produced by Premier CBD Boxes are custom-made according to your specifications.
For this reason:
- Custom, printed, or personalized packaging orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
- We cannot accept returns for errors in artwork, dimensions, or specifications that were approved by the customer before production.
We strongly recommend reviewing dielines, proofs, and order details carefully before approving production.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
- Once your order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives with:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect quantities
- Damage during shipping
You may request a return or replacement.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Products must remain unused and in original condition.
Once approved, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders Due to Customer Error
If incorrect specifications, artwork, or sizes were submitted and approved by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements. However, we may provide discounted reprints at our discretion.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is our error or shipping damage, we cover return shipping costs.
- If returns are approved for other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned goods must be packaged securely to prevent further damage.
Proof Approval Responsibility
Before production, customers receive digital proofs or dielines.
Approval of proofs confirms acceptance of:
- Design
- Colors
- Text
- Dimensions
- Layout
Premier CBD Boxes is not liable for errors after proof approval.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer:
- Reshipping costs will apply.
- Refunds are not issued for refused deliveries.
